Under the Biden administration, the federal government has become increasingly hostile to the pro-life agenda and those who advocate for the unborn. The latest news alleges that the Department of Homeland Security considers pro-lifers to be “radicalized suspects,” including suburban, Christian mothers. These “dangerous suspects” are being monitored by the Office of Terrorism and Violence Prevention.
In a country so full of brutal violence and real threats to our liberty, why is the federal government choosing to target perhaps the most docile, caring and least violent group of people in this nation – Christian mothers and pro-life advocates? And why is identifying as someone who cares about the lives of innocent babies considered dangerous or “radicalized?” It is the height of absurdity to claim that those trying to protect babies from being torn limb from limb inside the womb are violent, dangerous or radicalized, when in fact, they are the only ones trying to prevent a mass genocide from continuing in our nation.
The attack on Christian principles under the current administration could not be more clear. Our moral values and foundational beliefs in the sanctity of life, marriage and family are seen as reprehensible by the liberal agenda.
We are no longer facing a silent enemy or a subtle persecution – there is a war on Christianity in this nation and it is spearheaded by the federal government.
Not only is the DHS targeting pro-lifers, so is the FBI. Their long history of abuse includes arresting a pro-life father at gunpoint in front of his wife and children for a highly disputed encounter with a man at an abortion facility. The FBI allegedly brought 25-30 agents and approximately 15 vehicles to arrest the man, who showed no previous signs of resistance. The situation clearly displayed a prejudice against pro-lifers that is a top-down issue in the FBI.
Meanwhile, there have been over 200 attacks on pregnancy resource centers and churches since the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ruling less than a year ago. Only four people have been arrested in connection to verified attacks on pregnancy centers, and even less in connection to attacks on churches. A lack of interest and motivation in pursuing investigations into real violence that is occurring against conservative groups speaks louder than words: the FBI and DHS do not care about the safety of pro-lifers or Christians – they only care about advancing the Biden administration’s abortion agenda.
These incidents highlight the extremism of thelLeft and their absolute intolerance of any worldview different from their own. They are threatened by our moral values – because they have none of their own. Continue to pray that hearts and minds would be softened toward the pro-life agenda and that God grants favor to those who are willing to fight for the lives of the unborn.
