Introducing FPIW’s newest staff member – Brian Noble

We’re excited to introduce you to FPIW’s newest staff member, Pastor Brian Noble, who will be joining us as Executive Director beginning October 2nd.

Brian, along with his wife and four children, reside in eastern Washington. With a Master of Arts in missional leadership from Northwest University, he has served with the Assemblies of God as an ordained minister for 26 years. We are confident in the skillset and ministry background that Brian will bring into this role, knowing he will allow the Holy Spirit to empower him in his daily walk and bring a message of hope to believers in our state and beyond.

Brian has been a Certified Christian Conciliator since 2008, with 1000+ hours of conflict coaching and mediation experience. He now serves as the executive director of Peacemaker Ministries, and was recently the chair of the Spokane County GOP, where he led a grassroots effort to propel conservative leadership back into our government. Brian has written several books including The Path of a Peacemaker, Living Reconciled, and a 365-day devotional.

“My number one matrix for measuring success is discerning and collectively obeying God’s call to make disciples of Christ,” Brian said. “The political realm is a great place and opportunity to make disciples and encourage conservative Christian values. My second matrix is community engagement in the public square. I desire to impact Washington State to protect the family unity and values that make a state thrive from a biblical worldview. Families and relationships are critical to me.”

We’re excited to have Brian on our team and we look forward to all he will accomplish for the Kingdom during his time at FPIW.
