Brian Noble is a passionate leader, author, and advocate for faith-driven change in Washington. With nearly three decades of ministry experience and a Master’s in Missional Leadership, Brian has inspired communities as a pastor, CEO of Peacemaker Ministries, and now as CEO of the Family Policy Institute of Washington. He’s the author of several books on reconciliation and has developed over one hundred resources to equip believers for real-world impact. Featured in outlets like The New York Times and Focus on the Family, Brian is dedicated to mobilizing a movement for biblical values and lasting policy change, all while cherishing life with his wife, Tanya, their four children, and three grandchildren in eastern Washington.

Brian Noble is a seasoned leader, author, and advocate for biblical values in public life. Together with his wife, Tanya, he enjoys a vibrant family life in eastern Washington, where they are blessed with four adult children, a daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren.
Brian holds a Master of Arts in Missional Leadership from Northwest University and has faithfully served as an ordained minister for twenty-seven years. His ministry is marked by a passion for sharing hope through the gospel, empowering believers to live out their faith through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
He previously served as CEO of Peacemaker Ministries and is the author of several influential works, including The Path of a Peacemaker, Living Reconciled, and a 365-day devotional. Brian is deeply committed to engaging the public sphere, believing that faith must be lived out in every area of society.
Brian’s leadership extends into the civic arena, where he served as chair of the Spokane County GOP, spearheading grassroots initiatives to restore conservative leadership in government.
Currently, Brian serves as CEO of the Family Policy Institute of Washington (FPIW), where he leads efforts to defend and advance biblical values in the public square. He is dedicated to mobilizing a movement of 1.7 million Defenders to reclaim the state of Washington for principled, faith-driven leadership. Brian has authored and developed over thirty booklets and small group resources, equipping the body of Christ to embrace a biblical worldview.
His commitment to prayer and civic engagement is evident through his leadership of the annual Legislative Prayer Tour, and his insights have been featured by major media outlets such as The New York Times, Good Morning America, Focus on the Family, and hundreds of other news channels, podcasts, and radio programs.

Brian is convinced that meaningful policy change begins with transformed hearts.
