BIOs

Frances Staudt, a high school athlete in Washington state, refused to compete against a team with a biological male, who was 18 years old when she was 15. This male was also using the locker rooms of these same minor girls. She recently appeared on Glenn Beck’s show to share her viewpoint, stating, “In no way am I feeling like I’m ‘safe and supported.’” Frances also discussed the civil rights complaint filed with the Department of Education on her behalf. Frances is hoping that she inspires other young girls to find courage and take a stand for their rights as female athletes.
