First Responder of the Year Award Ceremony
Honor Our First Responders:
Celebrate Bravery, Compassion, and Service
Every day, first responders—law enforcement, fire department, EMS, armed forces, corrections, and dispatch—put their lives on the line to protect our communities and serve with unwavering dedication. The Family Policy Institute of Washington (FPIW) invites you to join us in recognizing these heroes through the First Responder of the Year Award, celebrating those who go above and beyond to make a lasting impact.
Why Honor First Responders?
- Courage in Crisis: First responders exemplify selfless service, placing others’ needs before their own in times of emergency.
- Community Impact: Their actions—whether a single act of heroism or years of steadfast commitment—transform lives and inspire us all.
- Faith in Action: By honoring these individuals, we cast a vision for a community where courage and compassion are lived realities, reflecting the heart of Christ.
