When our constituents call us at FPIW needing legal protection, one of our top “go-to” resources is The Silent Majority Foundation (SMF). We trust them because they offer people excellent, first-tier legal acumen that defends biblical and constitutional values. As they state clearly: “The Silent Majority Foundation is here to protect our God-given constitutional rights. We aim to restore the voices of you, the Silent Majority.” Founded in 2021 with headquarters in Pasco, Washington, the SMF continues to be a legal force in our state with an impressive track record of results.
Issues & Impact
SMF has filed more than 40 lawsuits and represented more than 1,500 people. Notice how FPIW, an educational organization, covers the same issues as SMF, a legal organization: Election Integrity, Second Amendment, Free Speech, Medical Freedom, and Parental Rights. Such practical legal action is needed in our day where “lawfare” is often too common against Christians and other citizens.

The SMF covers other issues, too, such as Parental Rights, Religious Liberty, Medical Freedom — they were outstanding against the Covid mandates — as well as Election Integrity issues.

The Team
FPIW is glad to be allies with the team at SMF, including P.J. Serrano as Board President:
Going back, we especially knew and worked closely with Pete Serrano, the husband of P.J. (see above). Pete Serrano headed SMF for three years as Director and General Counsel, was Pasco’s Mayor, and he later ran for WA Attorney General. FPIW was glad to interview him and work with SMF under his leadership. Today he serves as U.S. Attorney General in Eastern Washington, as appointed by the Trump Administration.
