Socialists believe in rendering equal outcomes to all people, which requires government institutions to seize resources from a politically unfavored group and redistribute them to a politically favored group. Equal outcomes also necessitate that all citizens obtain all of their fundamental needs through the government, so that no one receives more or less than their “fair share.”
For this system to work (and it never has in the history of humankind), state institutions must be the primary authority and source of welfare or survival.
God-fearing people do not fit into this system well because no earthly authority will ever supersede the omnipotence of God, and if practicing faithfully, these God-fearing people will not sacrifice their fidelity to this Higher Power in order to submit to a government.
God-fearing people know that God is in complete control and that good and evil are both very real. Christians, who recognize that Christ died for everyone’s salvation, turn to faith to inform their entire lives: which profession to work in, how to raise a family, and how to be virtuous. Right and wrong is dictated by the teachings of Jesus Christ, not by state institutions.
Thus, the all-out assault on parental rights in the United States today regrettably makes sense. The radical pagans working to subvert the very foundations of our country recognize that God-fearing people will never voluntarily turn away from God-given rights and freedoms.
This cabal of morally corrupt, power-hungry extremists understand that to obtain full control in this country, they need complete reign over our children. The radical left needs our children to turn to them for lessons on morality and truth, not to God, their parents, or their faith community.
There is no shortage of examples of how the left is trying to strip parents of their rights over their children.
Last week, the Journal of Medical Ethics (completely ironically named) published an article written by a bioethicist arguing that parents should lose “veto power” over their children’s medical care if they wish to “transition” genders.
Joy Behar of The View exploded in a rant saying that if teenagers want to get the COVID-19 vaccine, they should be able to, even without the consent of their “ignorant parents.”
The American Academy of Pediatrics, which inexplicably claims that the use of puberty blockers in children is low-risk (there is data contradicting this claim) and will improve psychological functioning (while overlooking the underlying mental health conditions themselves), is now issuing a guidance that all children, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not, should wear masks when they return to school this year.
And of course this usurpation of parental rights is happening here in Washington State. Lake Washington School Board has a tremendous anti-white propaganda and sexually abusive indoctrination program proudly advertised on their website. If their list of LGBTQIA and Equity Resources being promoted to corrupt and harm their students doesn’t make a parent nauseous and horrified, I don’t know what will. This is legalized child abuse.
Each of these examples reflect the radical left’s notion that parental rights should be subordinate to governments controlled by the woke, politically correct mob. They want our children to turn to external, state-sanctioned sources for guidance in all facets of life and bypass the advice and care of their parents.
Socialist pagans hate dissent. They detest anyone who questions their rationale, and they especially detest the claim that God and parental rights both come before government.
Parents need to be vigilant when the gutting of parental rights is suggested with respect to any issue, be it vaccines, medical treatment plans, school activities, or anything else.
“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up with the training and instruction of the Lord.” (Ephesians 6:4)
So at the end the day, we must raise our children so they know that God is Lord, and that no earthly authority will ever replace Him.By Mark Miloscia|July 28th, 2021|Miscellaneous|0 Comments
